All Time Videos 2008 WEDDING CONTRACT

1) This contract constitutes an order for photography/videography and DVD prints and CD Pictures. It is understood that duplicate prints and negatives (unless sold) remain the property of Mark King. It is also understand that Mark King may use the prints and negatives for use in advertising, display, portfolio, or photo/video contests.

2) To enable us to photograph your special day, your cooperation is needed. The wedding party must be ready for photographs at the mutually agreed upon time (photo start time is 2 hours before the wedding whether the bride, florist, and wedding party is ready or not).

3) Well meaning friends and relatives who bring cameras often impact our efforts and standard of quality. Please ask that these people confine their snapshots to the reception only and refrain from our scheduled sessions.

4) It is agreed that ours photographs will not be copied or scanned for any reason.

5) Two changes on DVD from original requested information allowed at no charge, $50 per change after two. These submissions are made online in a feedback form. If online access is limited, a form may be filled out and mailed in.

7) All music will be provided for All Time Videos to be used in any slideshow or video project. This copy is assumed to be the legal copy of the client .

TRAVEL (over 75 miles) EXPENSES FOR ANY PACKAGE: $0.50 PER MILE TRAVEL PLUS 1 NIGHT HOTEL

Retainer Payment 1: At Contract Signing: $50.
Retainer Payment 2: 3 Days Prior to Wedding: Remaining Balance


8) All materials will be picked up at the home of Mark King.
